About Us...

Based in Cleveland, Ohio – Swan's Facility Maintenance Services, LLC was recently introduced to accommodate the growing customized contract services requested in the building service industry. Its parent company, Swan's Facility Maintenance, LLC is a commercial cleaning and preventive maintenance operation that was initiated by Alan and Carletta Swan in 2012. The Swan's have been servicing the greater Ohio region since becoming a building service provider in 2003.

Given the increasing rise of viral outbreaks, clients started inquiring if the company provided special sanitization cleaning solutions to minimize germs and infections. The Swan's had already begun researching business opportunities that would propel them in that direction. Hence in August of 2012, the Swan's entered into a business venture as authorized distributors with Sanosil ^® International Corporation. Sanosil ^® International provides a patented line of disinfection EPA approved products and equipment that are unique in the cleaning industry.

Additionally, Swan's Facility Maintenance, LLC is a member of APIC (The Association for Professionals in Infection Control) -- the leading organization for education of infection preventionists.

With years of building maintenance experience and the affiliations with APIC and Sanosil ^®-- Swans FMS is positioned to service a variety of facilities in the Northeast Ohio region and beyond with a guarantee of excellent results.
